Leechburg Ministerium Crop Walk 2007
28 youth and adults from First Lutheran Church participated in the
annual ministerium CROP Walk on
Sunday, October 7th. We raised over $1,700 to help end hunger locally
and world wide. In total, all the churches participating had over 70
walkers and raised almost $5,000.
In the local competition, our church won the "gold cup" for the church
to raise the most money and tied with First United Methodist Church
for the "gold shoe" as the church who had the most walkers.
